"Today I spoke to Shannon from the Kennewick office. Not expecting to switch from Allstate who I've had since 2017, speaking with Shannon she saved me so much money and got me more coverage. I had just called to get some information and now I am a State Farm client. I had just started a new policy with allstate, them saying "oh we got you such a great deal on the 3 vehicles fully covered." Yeah right, Shannon was able to get me even more coverage and still run me $100 cheaper then Allstate. She helped me on a three way call to cancel and get a refund from allstate. The gal i spoke to was so rude she hung up on us, so we had to call allstate customer service and get my policy canceled and get my $ refunded. Shannon was there the entire time, step by step. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have even switched to be honest. So if you have any questions or just want to switch I would call Shannon at the Kennewick, WA store."
